A few times in the last few months since I've gotten this T1600 I've found it locked up. All the front panel lamps are lit, except for CTS, SD, and RD. Pressing the T/D button has no effect; the modem does not reset. Power cycling fixes the problem. Anybody else seen/solved this? I'm running the modem in UUCP spoofing mode, with the computer interface locked at 19200 and hardware flow control enabled. OS is Xenix 2.3.2 with HDB uucp. -- Dan Everhart Dynamic Data & Electronics dan@dyndata.uucp 7107 179th St SW dan@dyndata.celestial.com Edmonds, WA 98026, USA {camco, eskimo, fluke}!dyndata!dan

My T1600 locks when talking to a USR Dual Std. with a V.32/V.42bis link. Both modems will talk to other V.32 and V.42bis modems with no problems. They just won't talk to each other without eventually locking. Each has the latest firmware. Dean Roth
