I am currently servicing a dial-in modem service 300/1200/2400 (in English, I don't know what the Vxx.xx figures for it are). This system is a hotch-potch of various brands including Biztel, Maestro and Case. Due to modem failures of every variety I am currently looking for a robust dial-in modem model. I need the modem equivalent of an industrial washing machine. Dataplex 800 series with 224 cards has been suggested by a couple of sites already as the solution. Can anybody suggest any others?
