The %T command in a USR modem is used while the modem is off hook -- the DSP chip can correctly identify DTMF 0 through 9, the pound sign (octothorpe) and the asterisk. I don't know about the A,B,C and D buttons from the Autovon network, though. (and I'm not sure about the MF keyset either -- I sort of doubt it, right Floyd?) Since CallerID information is relayed before the ring cycle begins, you can't use this modem to decode it (without rewiring the modem). Mark Williams williams@gamma.is.tcu.edu
