I have notice that no one talks about Ventels modems in this news group. Is there a reason? I have a Ventel 9600 plus and I am having some troubles ... I am unable to get the call back feature response correct. You call the modem it prompts you with a "password", you enter your password. It calls you back and I do not received any prompts. It just hangs there.
