[comp.terminals] How do I stop Zenith 29 terminal from locking up?

How do I disable the keyboard lock on the Zenith-29. Every time I get a
control-S from the remote system, the keyboard locks and I have to select
Setup-C, alternate port, and hit a few keys to unjam it. Reset does as well,
but is a bit more destructive.
