You appear to have an invalid return address, so I will go ahead and post this manually. We had a similar problem with our Gandalf switch last year -- it got zapped by lightning and destroyed the Gandalf communications boards and scores of terminals (via the RS232 connectors). A suggestion would be to try to find an electronics shop which will do the work and may have access to old boards from other terminals or have the clout to purchase just the needed parts. Most of our terminals were fixed by the U of Illinois computer repair shop (who replaced the bad boards/ICs only at a reasonable cost). -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Mike Richman uucp: {ihnp4,pur-ee,convex}!uiucdcs!uiucuxc!uiucuxe!richman arpanet: richman%uiucuxe@a.cs.uiuc.edu csnet: richman%uiucuxe@uiuc.csnet bitnet: richman@uiucuxe usmail: University of Illinois, Water Survey, Champaign, IL 61820 -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
