Does anyone out there know if the tek4023 terminal has a reverse scroll capability ??? Does it have ANY capabilities worth mentioning ???

The cursor keys only work in buffered page send mode; i.e., they do nothing in online conversational mode (pretty useless for UNIX screen editors). The terminal responds to no cursor positioning commands beyond direct X-Y addressing (and LF and BS).
