[comp.terminals] termcap entry for vt100 that's compatible with VMS

Does anyone have a termcap entry for a VT100 that describes the vt100 
accurately enough for an emulator using the entry to work properly with
VMS (I want to use a window on my Sun to talk to a VMS telnet connection).
