I don't know if this is the correct group for this, but I suppose a printer could count as a one-way, hard copy terminal :-) I am in a position to get a second-hand Olivetti PR1350 printer. The only documentation with it is a yellow card explaining configuration settings. The card is in Italian. I managed to associate the acronyms "IPSO" and "DE520" with the interface, and I can figure what most of the switches do. What I can't work out is the pinouts of the interface, because the card doesn't have them. I phoned British Olivetti, who told me that "IPSO" referred to an out of date, non-standard parallel interface, which they scrapped years ago because it caused more trouble than it was worth. So, can anyone out there tell me the pinouts of this interface? Or should I just use it for spare parts? Thanks in advance. -- "Keyboard? Tis quaint!" - M.
