[comp.terminals] Televideo 924 Terminal

howardl@wb3ffv.UUCP (Howard Leadmon ) (05/11/88)

   Hello All,

I am wondering if anybody out there has any information on the Televideo 924
terminal. I was graced with a 924 by one of my customers when they got rid of
some old hardware, and it does work. At present I am using it and telling my
UNIX system it is a 925. My question is where can I get some information on
this terminal, and maby a termcap/terminfo entry for my machine..

We also have a BBS (300/1200/2400, 24 hours) open to the public at

At 2400 it needs a couple of control/A's.

The terminals we cover are:

PC Station (PCS1), Personal Terminal (PT, PT/300, PT/1200), PT100,
905, 910, 910+, 912, 914, 920, 921, 922, 924, 925, 925E, 950, 955,

Maintenance manuals are available for each model, and cost $50,
available from our spare parts department. They include the operator's

be reached at (408) 745-7760, ask the operator for "Spares".

Here's what we are using for a TVI924 termcap.
I hope yours has the improved firmware that fixes the Function-shift key!
