[comp.terminals] VT200 Validation Suites

Hi,

I'm currently working on a terminal emulator program written in Turbo
Pascal version 4.0 for MS-DOS machines. Currently it supports VT52 and VT102
terminal emulators, and it will soon support TEK4010 graphics.

I used a program posted to the net a while back called VTTEST to test
the VT102 and VT52 terminal features. I found this program indispensable in
catching subtle bugs in my emulation.

Does anyone else know of any similar terminal validation suites for other
terminals? I am especially interested in VT200 series validation suites.
The programs can run under either UNIX, VMS, or MS-DOS to be useful to me.

I will be releasing this emulator to the public domain (including full
source code in TP4) as part of the Turbo User's Group TUG O'Wards contest
next year, if anyone is interested in the code for the program.

Thanks in advance
