Has anybody had any experiences with GraphOn terminals? In particular, I'm interested in the GraphOn 225 (low-end). I'd appreciate E-mail responses, and I'll summarize them to the net if there's sufficient interest. For those of you who are interested, during the past several months I have been evaluating VT-220 compatible terminals. My requirements were for something "better" than the current DEC solution (aka VT-3xx, etc.). Better is defined to be cheaper, more features, and a better keyboard (certainly my humble opinion :-). After evaluating the Esprit Opus 3n1, Hewlett-Packard 700/22, Wyse 99GT, NDS GP-220, and considering the IBM-315/310, Link 220, and several others I can't remember off-hand, I've found the GraphOn 225 to be nothing short of *wonderful*. So far, the terminal's firmware has not shown any evidence of brain-damage, the "enhancements" have been integrated intuitively, the customer service has been excellent, the price not too bad (for the features), the keyboard very comfortable (again, the humble opinion of a touch typist), the monitor to have reasonable resolution (I've seen better for more $$), and a quite interesting "setup" menu (pretty easy to use except memory configuration). Soooo, given this wonderful (terminal?) bliss, I'm interested to find out any negative factors other folks have experienced... Thanks in advance!
