Looking at the recent traffic in this group, it seems that every so often someone will ask for a copy of the engineering drawing set for a VT100-AA so they can do something to it: well, bear with me as I'm not going to be an exception. I've got a VT100-AA that *almost* works. The video display contains characters (I fixed a worse problem to get it this far), but not the correct ones. I've got a logic analyzer at my disposal, but haven't spent much time at this, since working without drawings is discouraging. The terminal belongs to a friend who doesn't really need it fixed, but I want to complete this and get it out of its current condition, even if all I'm going to do with it is throw it away once I get it to function. Could someone send me the crucial two pages (I suspect) that contain the video refresh circuitry or, failing that, interpret my symptoms over the net or over the phone to help me fix this thing? Please reply by email. Thanks. -Jim Hickstein jxh@cup.portal.com ...!sun!portal!cup.portal.com!jxh
