I have a Visual 500 that is misbehaving. It appears that the terminal won't save the "Set-up" information in the EEPROM. I am using "shift-s" to save set-up, but I am not sure that is the correct sequence. We called Visual Technologies for the maintenance manual, but they want $200! Needless to say, we don't want to pay that much. Questions: Am I saving "set-up" info properly? What do the switches in the back do? If I need it can someone send me a copy of the printset for the logic board? Have any idea what this thing is doing? Thanks in advance for your help. E-mail and I will summarize if enough response. - Tom -- Thomas Krueger, Univ WI Milwaukee, Computing Services, Electronics Shop tjk@csd4.milw.wisc.edu [moderator, info-high-audio] +1 414 229 5172
