Problem: I've got a Goldstar VT220 terminal, but it won't receive any
characters when my cable's in the main port. I've changed both 1488 and 1489
but nothing seems to help. Cable's totally ok, so it can't be that what it's
wrong. The terminal doesn't seem to recognize the cable and modem at all:
when I set the "Main port, modem control" on, it responds "Modem: No DSR",
although I've made the necessary hardware stuff (pins 6&20 and 4&5
together). I've tried with 2 pairs of 1488 and 89, so I suppose it's nothing
wrong with them.
History: One day I opened my VT220 and all it did was it sended null data
from the main port and nothing else. Gee, great.
Any help would be needed, because there aren't as many nice options for the
printer port (which I'm using right now) as for the main port.
