We currently have a number of Qume QVT-511GX terminals (Tektronix 4105 work-alikes) in our lab. Recently, we took them off of third-party field service, and as luck would have it, we're having problems. First of all, while they were still on field service, one of the logic boards was swapped. Unfortunately, the board swapped in had an old ROM revision (F). Apparently, the current ROM version should be 7G, although just G seems to work fine in our environment. Secondly, we (okay, I admit I did it ;-) lost the period keycap from one of the keyboards. (This is the period on the keypad, not on the keyboard proper.) I need to know if these parts are still available, and if so who do I contact and how much will they run? If anyone who sees this might have one of these terminals in a back room somewhere gathering dust, perhaps (s)he might send me the needed keycap or maybe even the ROM... Please reply via E-Mail, if at all possible.
