[comp.terminals] ansi-bbs termcap/terminfo entry

I am looking for a real bullet-proof profile
for an ansi-bbs style terminal.

We have an "ansi" definition from a sun machine, 
but it isn't perfect.  It's needed for PC
terminal emulators that declare themselves
"ansi-bbs"
