[comp.terminals] Need Wyse 60 help

Can anybody out there tell me what the Wyse 60 self test error
code 'K' means?

If I had the manuals I'd read them....

This is a relatively common problem.
It means that the setup has been lost in the non-volatile
RAM area of the terminal. Many things can cause this to happen.
It is simple to correct.
Turn the terminal OFF.
Hold the "G" key down and turn the terminal on (leaving the G key down).
Once the terminal comes on and "G"'s begin to appear let up on the key.
Then go into setup (Shift Select) and redo your setup and resave it.

Then you should be fine, (until it happens again).
