[comp.terminals] is the Wyse-30 a good buy?

we need to buy a dumb terminal, and about the best price I've seen
is the Wyse-30 at $290. is this a reasonable terminal for simple
text editing with vi and/or emacs? is there anything else that will
do the job cheaper?
