One person did know the answer to the question of the lead singer of the Dictators, Handsome Dick Manitoba. He did, however, decline the grand prize package of the Bee Gees Greatest Hits, a short collection in my eyes. To all the rest of you who did not know the answer, shame shame. What kind of music do you listen to anyway? Handsome Dick Manitoba is also famous for being the host of the 1977 Miss All-Nude America contest. So there, he is a celebrity.
