[comp.terminals] WY99 question

I want to set the time on a Wyse WY99GT when it is in ANSI mode, by sending
codes from the computer. It is easy to do in native WY99 mode, but there seem
to be no codes to directly do this in ANSI mode. I have, however, found a
method to go from ANSI (VT220) mode to WY99 mode - not in my manual, but found
from trial and error (it is ESC [ 42 h). Now possibly I have an out-of-date
manual, or maybe there are a bunch of undocumented escape sequences.

What I wonder is: Does anyone know of a direct method of seeting the time while
in ANSI mode? For that matter, does anyone know of any other "undocumented"
features like the one I found? My method suffers in that sometimes (if I don't
include a few seconds of delay) the terminal locks up in the process, needing
the power to be switched off, so include delays when setting the time.

(P.S. if anyone wants the source of a VMS Pascal program to check the terminal
type & set the time, let me know).
