I'm wondering if there are any programs out there which are similar to the vttest program, but written to the Tektronics 4014 world. I'm planning to implement 4014 emulation in the style of xterm in my NextStep terminal emulator, but I need some method of testing it. With the vt100, at least I had a bunch of programs hanging around to work with . . . I've got all I need as far as escape codes and the like, I just need something to test it with. Realizing that 4014 is not as complex (read that as weird) as the vt102, I probably don't need a full- featured tester, but I would like to get a couple programs which work out various features. I would need source to the programs which do the output (if they are sufficiently small). They'd have to run on a BSD4.3 system (a NeXT, specifically, though most BSD programs can be made to run fairly easily). If no one has programs availiable which suitably test a 4014, I'd also be more than happy to accept script files which contain a bunch of escape codes which will at least allow limited testing. Responses accepted either via email or posting. Whatever you've got, I'll accept. Thanks. -- scott hess scott@gac.edu Independent NeXT Developer (Stuart) GAC Undergrad (Horrid. Simply Horrid.
