[comp.terminals] need termcap entry for prime pt200 terminal

if anyone has a termcap entry for a prime pt200 terminal

The pt250 termcap below mostly works.  (still occasionaly leaves
reverse vidio areas on the screen.)  Some of the fixes should probably
be migrated to the pt200 one, but I'm not sure which.
(Note: Prime doens't know how to do one that works.)
