I just got a Wyse-160 terminal, and i'm very happy about it. I've been using Wyse-185 terminals until now, and they are good too, but the 160 allows 132x44 lines/columns, has two serial ports and is able to switch sessions (just like sco's multiconsoles). Now, in the manual i read under 'PC Graphics Personalities' that this terminal has a 'pixel mode': PC Gr/CGA pixel mode is Alloy PC-CGA compatible and supports only PC Gr/CGA pixel mode. The PC Gr/99GT pixel mode is Alloy PCST/G-compatible and supports Hercules, CGA, EGA and VGA formats. My question is: emulating the 99GT pixel mode, is it possible to print GIF pictures? Or, what can i do with a "vga compatible" pixel mode? Are there any programs for unix+99GT? I'm running under an AT&T 3b2-600 in case it matters. Thanks for any informations, Paolo -- Paolo Ventafridda -*- INTERNET: venta@otello.sublink.org TELEMATIX MILANO - Via C.Gomes 10, 20124 Milano - +39-2-6706012
