[comp.terminals] CIT-500

mikc@gnu.ai.mit.edu (Mike Coughlin) (06/21/91)

I am in need of a keyboard for a C.Itioh model 500 terminal. This has the
interesting arrangement of having its CRT turned vertical so you can read
a lot of lines at once. The keyboard connector fits in a 1/4 round hole and
uses a plug like that found on the end of a cord for stereo headphones.
Information about what keyboards for other C.Itoh terminals that could be
used would also be useful.
Naturally I also need a users, programmers and/or service manual as well.
Thanks for any help.

I believe that the Itoh-Chu group are parents to Citizen, which is in
turn parent to Epson, of printer fame. Thus any regional Espon
distributor should have whatever you need, by commitment to group
loyalty.

                                -dlj.
