ETH Zuerich is an international affiliate to CSNET. We are using mmdf SW on a VAX 785 running Ultrix-32. Since a few days we are not able to connect to the csnet relay host at BBN via x25 because the call bounces at the US x.25 carrier (which, I think, is iti, rca or wui). I switched over to a 1200 baud phone line but I'm not quite happy with that. Does anybody know, who exactly the carrier is and how I can reach somebody there ? Is there a reason for this bad quality of service ? If anybody out there shares my experience plaese let me know. Thanx Hannes -- "Hannes P. Lubich"
