I'm sorry I haven't gotten responses out to nearly everyone that has written for the issues of the mailing list. The number of requests is impressive, and of course what they pay me for has to be considered occasionally. I'm sorting addresses and sending out the "is this a good address" message to people; I should have time to finish the list in the next evening or two.
