Rewriting user@domain to domain!user is fine... if you do it in the per-mailer
ruleset for the local mailer.  There is no reason to propagate your site's
local conventions just for the sake of a mail front-end.

Prepending myhost! to the From: line address (as a form of routing) has
already been rendered useless by the number of sites that no longer do so.
