[comp.mail.uucp] "preference" rather than "precedence"

  use of the term "precedence" when discussing address parsing is inconsistent
  with the use of the term when discussing the evaluation of arithmetic
  expressions.

I agree.  A different term is certainly needed.  However, "preference" doesn't
seem strong enough.  How about "priority"?
