Hello. Does anyone out there know how can I send e-mail to AT&T's office in Hong-Kong, or even better, Beijing? My friends there told me the node's name is "attihk" in Hong-Kong and "attibj" in Bekjing and they can send mail between these two machines. However, I can't find these names in comp.mail.maps. Thank you very much in advance. ..{ihnp4,allegra}!sftig!xbsun

Rather than checking comp.mail.maps, check "uuname|grep atti" on any AT&T machine that is registered with Action Central. You will find that attihk is an Action Central registered machine, and is reachable from any other Action Central machine (like sfmag). If you can't reach it, see your systems administrator. -- andy sherman / at&t bell laboratories (medical diagnostic systems) room 2h-097 / 480 red hill road / middletown, nj 07748 (201) 615-5708 / andys@shlepper.ATT.COM ...The views and opinions are my own.
