The article <186@longway.TIC.COM>, comp.std.unix, Volume 14, Number 13, contains a paper ``Packet Driver Protocol'' by G.L. Chesson, written while he was at Bell Laboratories, and approved by AT&T for release. Also included are a parameter correction from Chesson and some code fragments from John Gilmore. The latter were forwarded by Gordon Moffett. I will also put it on uunet.uu.net for anonymous ftp (login anonymous, password guest) as comp.std.unix/packet.ms; those with direct UUCP connections to the uunet machine can copy it with uucp.
