I am posting this for a friend, but I will pass on any and all responses
to him.

This poor guy (my friend, see :-) is trying to set up a uucp connection.
He is talking to an AT&T System V version of unix with HoneyDanBer.
He logs on fine, gets the ^PShere=osu-cis message, send back
Sknl .. and the poor uucico program on osu-cis send RLOGIN.
His poor uucp program wanted ROK.

Obviously, this is a poor man's uucp...

What' he's looking for is a description of the possible
responses that uucp is sending and expecting.

does the RLOGIN response equate to the ROK response, or is it
expecting somethign else?

Thank you, and I probably didn't ask this question the right way.
Please respond by mail, unless interest warrants posting to the
news group.
