I'm in the process of modifying the mailer on one of our machines to handle uucp traffic, so we can gateway uucp mail to and from our campus mail system, and from there to the Internet. From all of the discussion here, it seems to be something that is difficult to do correctly. Can someone tell me what my sendmail rewrite rules should look like? The uucp relay machine is running 4.3, with sendmail 5.59, with MX support. Some of the machines it will talk to will have registered domain names, with the relay machine as a listed mail exchanger. Some of the machines it talks to will not be registered. Any suggestions are appreciated. -- Keith Moore UT Computer Science Dept.
