[comp.mail.uucp] does anyone know the status of SIMTEL20.ARPA?

(I can't think of a more appropriate group to post this to ...)

for well over 2 weeks now, all my mail to SIMTEL20 gets returned,
attempts to FTP/TELNET fail ...

does anyone know what is going on there?
