[net.unix-wizards] Upgrading a 780 to a 785 and SYS V

We are contemplating upgrading an existing DEC VAX 11/780 to an 11/785.
The current system is running AT&T System V Rev 2.2 with a full complement
of disks (RP07, RA80, RA81, RA60).  Has anyone had any experience with
this type of upgrade, and if so, what problems were encountered, if any?

We have a number of VAX 780 and 785 machines running System V.  As
nearly as I can tell, there are NO incompatabilities between these.
Too bad DEC didn't make all the machines in its VAX line that
compatable.
