[comp.mail.uucp] uucp mail through utcsri

Note to anyone who has sent mail through the Toronto area in recent times:
the mailer at "utcsri" has had reliability problems, and mail through there
may have been lost.  This problem may have existed for several months.
Since there are several sites hereabouts running soi-disant "smart mailers",
it is possible that your mail got gratuitously rerouted through utcsri even
if you didn't ask for that.
