From d.Top: # TOP LEVEL DOMAINS AND THEIR GATEWAYS # # UUCP top level domain apple .uucp decuac .uucp gatech .uucp harvard .uucp mcvax .uucp rutgers .uucp uunet .uucp Seems like those [ the MANY sites using the NIC rules ] sites are fighting a losing battle. Look at my "Internet" address below. Trust me - it works, and my CP/M machine at home is reachable as dg%pallio.uucp@cfisun.cfi.com. .UUCP may not be official, but if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably IS a duck. -- dg@lakart.UUCP - David Goodenough +---+ | +-+-+ ....... !harvard!xait!lakart!dg +-+-+ | AKA: dg%lakart.uucp@harvard.harvard.edu +---+
