Ive actually got 2 separate problems. 1) incoming uucp
traffice gets all the appropriate files stuffed into /usr/spool/uucp,
but uuxqt never seems to run and when I run it by hand, it returns
immediately. The files remain in /usr/spool.
The other problem is probably sendmail. I can't get out to
my uucp neighbors listed in the L.sys file. The system returns:
"system unknown" messages....
E-mail help on both of these problems would be apreciated.
Thanks,
bob

I once spent a couple of hours tracking down a UUCP problem that didn't exist, because the L.sys file was owned by 'root'. uucico would start up and exit with no error message anywhere.
