[comp.mail.uucp] I wish to have ihave/sendme messages unbatched at a later time

I have 3 major nodes that feed me news. One that is local, the other two
are long-distance. I wish to get most of me news from the local site to cut
down on the phone bills. When I receive the ihave's from the long-distance 
sites, I wish to put them off till that evening, then unbatch them, so that
the sendme's will be the latest on the system. The problem is that most of
the articles that I send as send-me's, by the time it gets around to calling
that long-distance site, those sendme's are has-been's.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
