[comp.mail.uucp] How do I register to become part of the UUCP maps?

Hi folks, I have a couple of questions and hope someone out there
can help me....

1)  How do I register my new UUCP site in the maps?

2)  Aside from my own system I am also the SA for an Amry system,
    how do I go about arranging to become an Internet host?
