We are currently talking to the UK section of Nature magazine about the possibility of providing them with a mail feed using UUCP. However, they only have PC's. I remember mentions of UUPC on this group but didn't take much notice at the time, having a rabid hatred of all things IBM. However it seems likely that they won't go away from using PC's. I would appreciate a summary of what UUPC does, over and above providing g protocol support, and also I'd like to hear of any other packages that do similar things. Is UUPC public domain or a commercial product? Please reply by e-mail. If enough people are interested, I'll summarise the responses here.
