[comp.mail.uucp] Can't Tango

Hi

I'm setting up a newsfeed for a SYS V site runnig HDB uucp. We've
managed to connect OK but we can't seem to get anything happening.
The message uucico recieves is:

           Can't Tango; RLOGIN

I recall this being discussed before but I can't remeber what the solution
is. Help!
