[comp.mail.uucp] public UUCP in Houston?

A friend of mine recently got a job in Houston, TX, but his company is so small
that he's come unplugged from the net.  I'm looking for a public access Usenet
outfit in the area.  Mail is a must; news would be nice.  Please reply via
