I've just installed a Digiboard PC4e on stephsf with the idea that I could increase my Tbit throughput. I've successfully increassed simple uucp file transfers by almost 2.5 times. The news transfers however remain at about the same level they were before. Is this slow news transfer from uunet normal ? Is there a problem with my Uucp/Digiboard/T2500 configuration ? I've tried about every config change I can think of. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
