[comp.mail.headers] Checking UUCP host names

The Honey Danber version of uuxqt puts the sending host name in the
UU_MACHINE environment variable.  This value has been authenticated
by UUCP and so if unforgeable (assuming that Honey Danber is
configured correctly).  The BSD4.3 version of UUCP probably has something
similar.  If it doesn't, maybe it should be added.
