Has anybody got a decent (or otherwise) pascal mode for gnuemacs? I'm not using pascal by choice ('real programmers don't use pascal'?). I only need basic things like indentation, comments etc. thanks in advance, Peter

The Modula-2 mode for GNU-Emacs 18.35 got hacked unmercifully by someone sadly deficient in elisp (guess who :-) into a pascal-version. It works for my purposes, except I wish I could make the indentation smarter. Scott Menter (escott@ics.uci.edu) mailed me a hot mlisp pascal-mode for Gosling Emacs. Looks slick, but I'm not the one to try and port it, now. I can mail what I have. With luck, someone will do a real version soon. If you will email me a copy of your gosmacs pascal mode, i'll try to port it to gnuemacs. Steven Litvintchouk MITRE Corporation Burlington Road Bedford, MA 01730 (617)271-7753 ARPA: sdl@mitre-bedford UUCP: ...{cbosgd,decvax,genrad,ll-xn,philabs,security,utzoo}!linus!sdl
