GNU Emacs has run just fine on any flavor of 3b (2,5,15,20) since
18.26 or so. No diffs or patches required. Use m-att3b.h and
s-usg5-2-2.h in config.h.

I was able to bring Gnuemacs 18.33 up with no changes except raising
my ulimit and the kernel varibale MAXMEM. If you need any help with
this, just send me some mail and I will tell you how to do it.
