[comp.emacs] micro emacs v3.8 on the vax

I am currently using micro emacs v3.8 ( and like it ) on my compaq
computer and would like to use it also on a vax.  Is there someone out
there that can mail me a startup file (.RC file) that would support the
VT220 terminal.
