[comp.emacs] Slight problem in 18.41 README

gnu@PREP.AI.MIT.EDU.UUCP (03/27/87)

The top-level README file distributed with GNU Emacs version 18.41
claims that it is a beta-test release.  This is not true;
Emacs version 18 is now considered to be released.

- This is a BETA-TEST version of GNU Emacs version 18.
-
- If you are not interested in helping to debug

-
- This will be announced on the
- "info-gnu-emacs@prep.ai.mit.edu" mailing list and on the
- 		   "comp.emacs" USENET news group.
