I created an "emacstool" by adding the line #define HAVE_SUN_WINDOWS" to config.h before the #include of m-sun3.h When invoked (either through the .suntools file as suggested on the man page or by hand inside a shell window) emacstool pops up 3 windows, each labeled emacstool, then says: get_myaddress socket: too many open files then exits (and neatly closes all three windows, I might add!) I don't use or program in suntools so I can't decipher this. did I overlook anything? or is this a bona fide bug? Marie (mab@bellcore.com)

Sorry about the last posting. I was trying to get emacstool working in a hurry and found I set the EMACSTOOL environment variable to the wrong value (3 guesses what I set it to!). The name is somewhat misleading.... Marie
